چکیده
Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic has been an important global interest that affected millions of people, and it requires a deep investigation the immunology for developing further therapeutic applications. Adoptive T cell therapy promises to address cell-dependent immune dysregulation in COVID-19 patients by generation specific clones against virus-specific antigens. Additionally, targeting B protection through vaccines, which have developed recent year, possessed sufficient prevention spreading virus, since cases deaths related tend decrease after vaccination. However, adoptive therapies are now encouraging scientists deal with pathological challenges like inadequate response or lymphopenia, they most frequent outcome severe infection, especially immunocompromized patients. In this review, current knowledge immunopathology was aimed be highlighted along responses SARS-CoV-2 comprise basis therapeutics. Moreover, therapeutics treatment strategies were discussed evaluate possible agents. Furthermore, use representing emerging approach purposed presented comprehensively infection. Even though studies needed fully understand order develop provide long term efficient protection, meet demand large population people who suffer immunocompromization, considering previous usage technique different infectious diseases.

Role of T Cell Receptor Affinity in the Efficacy and Specificity of Adoptive T Cell Therapies
Over the last several years, there has been considerable progress in the treatment of cancer using gene modified adoptive T cell therapies. Two approaches have been used, one involving the introduction of a conventional αβ T cell receptor (TCR) against a pepMHC cancer antigen, and the second involving introduction of a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) consisting of a single-chain antibody as an ...
متن کاملFibroblast and T cells conditioned media induce maturation dendritic cell and promote T helper immune response
Dendritic cells (DCs) induce pathogen-specific T cell responses. We comprehensively studied the effects of addition of maturation stimulus, fibroblasts (fibroblast conditioned medium), PHA activated T cells (T cell conditioned medium), and mixture of fibroblast & PHA activated T cells (FCM-TCCM) conditioned media on maturation of DCs. Monocytes were cultured with GM-CSF and IL-4 for five days. ...

متن کاملEngineered T cell therapies.
Alongside advancements in gene therapy for inherited immune disorders, the need for effective alternative therapeutic options for other conditions has resulted in an expansion in the field of research for T cell gene therapy. T cells are easily obtained and can be induced to divide robustly ex vivo, a characteristic that allows them to be highly permissible to viral vector-mediated introduction...
متن کاملEnabling T Cell Recruitment to Tumours as a Strategy for Improving Adoptive T Cell Therapy
I mmunotherapy has successfully been implemented as the standard of care in a number of oncologic indications. A hallmark of cancer immunotherapy is the successful activation of T cells against cancer cells, leading to unparalleled efficacy for some tumour entities. However, current approved approaches are not specific, limiting both their activity and their safety. A more tailored way of using...
